1996 Amut 180mm repelletizing line Specs as follows, Photos attached. One (1) used 180mm (7") Amut reclaim/pelletizing line, new circa 1996, 180mm extruder, 40:1 L/D, vented, electrically heated, air cooled, 8-barrel temp zones, material feed hopper, top center rectangular feed throat, Driven by 500 HP DC motor with SCR drive controller. 200mm (8") hydraulic slide plate heat exchanger, 2-position, with hydraulic power pack. Amut water ring pelletizing system complete with cutter, water box housing, drain tray with seperation, tempered water recirculation system with reservoir tank and pumps, centrifugal pellet dryer, and blower package for removal of pellets from dryer. Complete line control package. This line was shut down a few months ago. It had been running primarily PP and PE from various feed streams, including post industrial scrap, and averaged 3500 lbs/hr. Condition is very good and is compatible for North American electrics with proper transformer (not included). The unit was fully operational when removed from service and all books and manuals included.
