| In the dismantling of your newly acquired piece of equipment our selected technicians continue to provide the quality of service expected by major companies and manufacturers. Great care is taken to make sure that your equipment is prepared and transported safely so that it arrives in perfect condition to your premises. | | Depending on the type of transportation required the machines are sprayed with a light rust preventative for road journeys and a heavy wax rust preventative specially designed for deep sea transportation. All electrical cables are tagged and individually bagged for protection. Packing cases are provided for all loose components (subject to Client Budget allowance). All chilled rollers, damping pipes, Technotrans & Baldwin recirculation units, wash systems drained and IR / UV cooling systems of water where possible and ant-freeze added where necessary. Machine Bases for units, feeders, deliveries and ancillaries (subject to Client Budget allowance). | |
| The final part of our service provided is the installation of your newly acquired piece of equipment. As at the start of the whole process from start to finish our technicians are available to provide the technical ability required to install the press within the guidelines set out by the original manufacturer. Once under power we can then commission the press checking all the functions are working to the same standard as they were before dismantling. We will point out any defects found from the machine inspection, or any problem areas found during dismantling or re-assembly, giving guidance as for the best solution, parts required and a quotation to carry out the repairs. | |
| Our technicians are always ready to provide and independent evaluation as to the technical condition of the machinery prior to purchase. Once a purchase has been made we will then have our technicians carry out a print test (when possible) to assess the print quality so that when the equipment is rebuilt and commissioned, it can be proven that the installed machine, prints to the same standard if not better then it was prior to dismantling.
